A total of 32 plant-based meat alternatives were analysed in this study. The samples were both 16S rRNA gene sequenced and cultured. This study includes MiSeq 16S rRNA sequenced metagenome data of the samples as well as MinIon whole genome sequenced isolates obtained from the same samples.
